Customer Service Excellent customer service is my top priority and I do everything I can to keep my clients happy. There is often a waiting time to complete your quilt so book early! Even if you haven't completed, or in some cases started, your quilt book it in for quilting. I will call you a week before your quilt is scheduled to go on the machine, if you haven't finished your quilt don't worry another quilt will be moved up in the queue but you'll still have your quilt scheduled. Pantograph, or all over quilting, has a much quicker turnaround than custom quilting. I only schedule 2 custom quilts per month so book early for those "special occasion" quilts. I can accommodate all your machine quilting needs and the opportunity is welcomed to transform your precious quilt tops into heirloom quilts.
History Patchwork on Parade started out as a family enterprise run by myself, Sharon, and my daughter, Shontelle. Since our business started, in 2006, Shontelle has married and had 2 beautiful children, Scarlett & Ethan. Shontelle is no longer involved in the machine quilting side of the business but has chosen pattern design and piecing as her path and is passionate about them. Shontelle teaches at the workshops and retreats; check that section on this website for further information. You can see Shontelle's designs and keep up with her by visiting her blog, http://sugarplumquilts.blogspot.com/
